Sara Kreibich has been teaching high school social studies for the last 20 years. She is currently at Somerset High School teaching Civics, AP Microeconomics, AP Macroeconomics, History of the Holocaust, and Sports & Society. Sara was the 2012 WCSS High School Teacher of the Year. She has worked on extensively for Wisconsin Social Studies and the DPI including the Common Core State Standards Leadership Team for Disciplinary Literacy, the Standards Writing Team for Personal Financial Literacy, and was the Economics Strand facilitator and writer for the new Social Studies Standards. Sara is also a co-facilitator for the annual DPI Social Studies Bootcamp. Sara has her BS in Secondary Social Studies and Spanish and MA in Educational Administration. Her most current professional challenge is teaching her OWN high school children!
