In this workshop, participants will learn about the evolution of the Rogers High School intervention system from a few teachers being responsible for all interventions to the current flexible scheduling system where all teachers are intervening and enriching with students. Participants will also learn about how it works in terms of creating sessions, student sign-up, and attendance. Finally, students will learn about how the system is currently being refined.
